Returns & Refunds Policy for Hung Mun Watch and Jewellery Company

We stand by the quality of our products. In addition to any rights you may have under this policy, you also have guaranteed rights under the Australian Consumer Law which provides protection for defective goods.

 Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:

to cancel your service contract with us; and

to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

 You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods is minor, we will repair the goods within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

1. Change of Mind (Our Store Policy)

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully. We may, at our sole discretion, offer an exchange or store credit for unused and unopened items returned in their original packaging within 7 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged upon arrival, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at admin@hungmun.com within 30 days of receipt.

We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide you with a full refund, replacement, or store credit (as appropriate and in accordance with your ACL rights). Please include your order number and details of the issue.

3. How to Return an Item

  Email us at admin@hungmun.com with your order number and reason for return.

    We will provide you with a Returns Authorization (RA) number and instructions.

    Securely pack the item(s) and include the RA number inside the package.

   Ship the item to Address provided in refund/return email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
