Shipping Policy for Hung Mun Watch and Jewellery Company

 1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We ship within Australia using Australia Post, DHL.

Standard Shipping: Free – 10 to 14 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping: $10.00 - 5 to 7 business days after dispatch

Free Standard Shipping: Available on all orders.

These times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery may be impacted by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or public holidays.

 3. International Shipping

We do currently ship internationally. 

Standard Shipping: Free – 10 to 21 business days after dispatch

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
